1. Is it really free?
   Yes. The CRM, the marketplace, verification, assessments, events, team workspace and API are free for every matchmaker and every team, with no time limit. There is no paid tier of the base platform.
2. What will cost credits later?
   Only AI actions: AI compatibility analysis, AI advice for a client, the AI assistant and AI event matching. They are free during the launch period; we will announce credit pricing in advance.
3. Do I need a card to start?
   No. Create an account and start working — no card, no trial countdown.
4. When does my account become active?
   Immediately after registration. The professional questionnaire is reviewed only for the Verified badge; it does not block access to the platform.
5. Are there per-seat fees?
   No. Invite as many teammates as you need; the free plan is per team, not per admin.
6. How does the marketplace protect my clients?
   Your clients stay under your control. Other matchmakers see only what you choose to share, contact requests go through you, and share links are bound to the recipient device with field-level visibility.
7. What's the difference from SmartMatchApp?
